What is Beginner/Intermediate Recreation?
The Gym Fun Beginner/Intermediate Recreation class is a 45 minute session for boys and girls. It is designed for children that are new to gymnastics or have attended gymnastics before and may be able to perform basic gymnastics movements safely. This class will utilise games, a variety of equipment and guided instruction to develop and advance gymnastics skills in a fun and engaging way. Recreation gymnastics encourages children to develop their fitness, strength, coordination, and gross motor skills, as well as many other essential life skills.
