Our Coaches

Applications are now open for coaching positions at the Gawler Rangers for the 2022/23 season. All grades below Division 3 are available.

Applicants are expected to complete the Level 0 Community Coaching General Principles Online Course (available here) and are strongly encouraged to progress their knowledge and skills through the BaseballSA Level 2 Coaching course. Courses are run frequently by BaseballSA and advertised to all club members.

Applicants will also be required to undergo a DCSI Working With Children Check, which replaces the now obsolete National Police Check. This screening is at no cost to applicants, and senior coaches will also be required to undergo the check as there are a number of junior players who also play in the senior grades. Screening is organisation driven – you will receive a user account once your screening has been requested, so the sooner we receive your application the sooner the process can begin.
