The GWPA Transfer Form has been removed.
Any players wanting to play for a club that is different from their last season's club, must be transferred via the RevSport Transfer process. Register as a Returning or New Member with the club you want to play for, Revsport will recognise that you are registering with another club and initiate a transfer which will halt the registration process and notify the involved clubs, the GWPA and the WPWA. All levels have to approve the transfer which, once all approved the system will issue an email to the member to continue with the registration. It is also a good idea to contact the new club's Registrar so they can follow up on the transfer approvals.
