FRC Weekly Training

Wednesday Patterson River Recovery Laps,  Join us Wednesdays for Patterson River Recovery Laps - an easy, social run along the river, perfect for flushing the legs and catching up with clubmates, all paces welcome. 

   

FRC Thursdays The Thursday night track session is a coached interval speed focussed session, running on the track enable the group to keep together and is suited to all runners from beginners to advanced.

The track session starts at 6.00pm and is held at Ballam Park Athletics Track in Frankston under the lights.

   
Saturday parkrun FRC take in the surrounding parkruns including our Home parkrun Belvedere, Frankston, Marriot Waters, Hastings and Chelsea, we also visit other parkruns further afield. parkrun starts at 8am, we meet a bit earlier for a warmup and generally will go to a local coffee shop after.
   
Sunday Long Run 7am at locations including Olivers Hill, Seaford Wetlands, Patterson River, Penlink, Frankston Foreshore, the location changes each week, we aim for 60 to 90 minutes, we always start and end at a local coffee shop.
