Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Victorian Association of Four Wheel Drive Clubs. 

The meeting is to be held at the Manningham Hotel, 1 Thompsons Road, Bulleen, Victoria, at 7:00 PM on Monday, 26 October 2026.

Kindly note that nominations for board membership must be delivered to the Secretary not less than seven days (Monday 19 October at 11:59pm) before the date fixed for the holding of the Annual General Meeting. Nominees should provide a personal bio to form part of their nomination process and must be prepared to talk about why they want to be on the board in the event of multiple nominations to the one position. 

All board positions / nominees are subject to a successful "Fit and Proper Persons" application* for submission with ASQA as part of our RTO compliance responsibilities.

Note: *Must be returned within two weeks of appointment as board member.

We strongly urge your Club to consider the importance of the AGM and have your Delegate(s) present or represented by Proxy at the meeting to achieve a quorum. This meeting is also open to all club members.

The Annual and Financial Reports will be made available in the week prior to the AGM.
