Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Victorian Association of Four Wheel Drive Clubs. 

The meeting is to be held at the Manningham Hotel, 1 Thompsons Road, Bulleen, Victoria, at 7:30PM on Monday, 6 October 2025.

*Note the documents concerning the proposed changes to the FWDV Rules is for infomation purposes only.  At this stage, further consulation with clubs is to occur, prior to any special general meeting concerning adopting of rules being held.

Kindly note that nominations for board membership must be delivered to the Secretary not less than seven days (Monday 29 September at 11:59pm) before the date fixed for the holding of the Annual General Meeting. Nominees can also provide a personal bio to form part of the nomination process.

All board positions / nominees are subject to a succesful "Fit and Proper Persons" (which may including a Police check) application for submission with ASQA.
