Welcome to the Esperance Taekwondo Academy!

We are a not-for-profit organisation run by volunteers. The Academy is affiliated with Australian Taekwondo WA and all our instructors and coaches follow the Australian Taekwondo accreditations, including Play by the Rules and Sport Integrity Australia.

We train all year round following the school term calendar and everyone is welcome to join. We offer set classes from 5 years old to adulthood with no upper age limit. Below is our current timetable and our membership/term fees for 2026. We invite you to try out three classes before registering for a small fee.

Timetable

Monday:

• Junior (from 8 years old): 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm (1.5hrs)
  • White belts (beginners): 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm (1hr)
• Mixed Level Class (Beginners, Adults & Teens*): 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm (1.5hrs)

Tuesday:

• Junior (from 8 years old): 5:15 pm – 6:45 pm (1.5hrs)
  • White belts (beginners): 5:15 pm – 6:15 pm (1hr)

Wednesday:

• Junior: 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm (1.5hrs)
  • White belts (beginners): 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm (1hr)
• Mixed Level Class (Beginners, Adults & Teens* welcome): 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm (1.5hrs)

Thursday:

• Little Dragons (ages 5 to 7): 4:00 pm – 4:45 pm (45min)

* Teens are 13 years and over

Annual Membership and Registration Fees for 2026

• Juniors include Little Dragons (ages 5 - 17 years old): $60
• Seniors (ages 18 and over): $80

Please note that this fee is a one-time payment for the entire 2026 year.

Term Fees for 2026

• Juniors (ages 8 - 17 years old): $95 
• Little Dragons (ages 5 - 7 years old): $50
• Seniors (ages 18 and over):$130

Trial Period Fees

(Includes 3 classes; non-refundable) 

Our trial period runs from the beginning of each term until mid-term. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the student's age. Please enquire using the Contact tab above. 

• Juniors (ages 5–15): $20
• Seniors (ages 16 and over): $40

Trial Conditions: The trial fee will be credited toward the total term fees if the student decides to become a member and complete the term.

To book your Trial Period:

1. Scroll down to "Class."
2. Select "Junior" or "Senior" as appropriate.
3. Choose 3 classes.

• Little Dragons can only attend 1 class per week, therefore book consecutive weeks.
• For other classes, you can book multiple classes in the same week or spread them out over 3 weeks.

Important: Please book exactly 3 classes, as this offer is only valid for a full set of 3 classes.
