This Cali class for high school aged participants, targeting 14yrs-17yrs  (age at 31st December 2026).  Students have the option to compete in 3 team competitions in Melbourne in Term 3, or to participate recreational and perform in our September concert at The Wedge.

Students will expand their strength, flexibility, coordination, team work and rhythm in a variety of activities.  No special footwear or clothing is needed, but leotard with optional tights/leggings or tight fitting active wear is preferred for safety during mat work, and hair that can get in the eyes, or under hands in mat work should be tied back.

Guardians are most welcome to stay at class or leave, it is personal preference, but we do ask that if you stay you remain quiet and any siblings are still and quiet during the class as younger participants can be easily distracted.

Students can attend two classes without payment to be sure we are the sport for you, and full Term fee is due prior to attending their third class.
