East Gippsland Calisthenics - Dance with a Difference!

We offer a unique combination of dancing, singing, gymnastics, apparatus and technical skills for children and adults.

Experience the Fun, Teamwork and Skills required to perform on a stage either Recreationally or Competitively.

Age group timeslots, resuming the first Monday of each school term.  Contact us to enjoy complimentary "Come and Try" Class (all ages at 31st December 2026).

• Tinies 3-8 yrs, with Coach Miss Eloise, Mondays 4:15-5pm at Memorial Hall (Recreational only)
• Sub-Juniors 7-10yrs, with Coach Miss Miya, Mondays 4:30-6pm at Delbridge Hall (Competitive & Recreational)
• Juniors 11-13yrs, with Coach Miss Michelle, Mondays 5-6:30pm at Memorial Hall (Competitive & Recreational)
• Intermediates 14yrs-17yrs, with Coaches Miss Alex & Miss Donna, Mondays 6-8pm at Delbridge Hall (Competitive & Recreational)
• Seniors 18yrs and older, with Coach Miss Michelle, Mondays 7-9pm at Memorial Hall (Competitive & Recreational)

In a fun, inclusive and nurturing environment, anyone can participate to their maximum potential; developing teamwork, friendships, confidence and motivation.  They will learn to dance in various styles, use apparatus, develop performance skills, strength and flexibility in a single class.

All students can attend two classes at no cost to see if our sport is for you!  Term fee and registration payment due via our registration page prior to attending your third class.
