The information you provide will help us to understand where we are underrepresented, identify our cultural capabilities and ensure our focus is on supporting and sustaining an equitable, diverse and inclusive environment.
TTA handles all personal information in accordance with the TTA Privacy Policy. Although TTA does not currently provide any personal information to external parties and has no intention of providing any personal information to external parties in the future, by ticking the box below, I do not consent to my personal information being provided to any third parties that are not affiliated with TTA, TTA insurers, professional advisers (e.g. accountants, auditors, lawyers, etc.) and relevant sporting bodies (e.g. Australian Sports Commission)
As a member of Table Tennis Australia, you agree to abide by the National Integrity Framework and its core policies, which ensure a safe, fair, and inclusive sport environment. These policies include the:
- Safeguarding Children and Young People Policy,
- Member Protection Policy,
- Improper Use of Drugs and Medicine Policy,
- Competition Manipulation and Sports Gambling Policy, and the
- Complaints, Disputes and Discipline Policy.

Table Tennis Northern Territory
TTNT Terms & Conditions of Membership
- Membership runs for a calendar year [1 January to 31 December] and prices include 10% GST.
- An individual must be registered as a member of an affiliated association / club – thus, an individual cannot seek direct membership of Table Tennis NT.
- Upon registration, an individual becomes a member of the nominated association / club, Table Tennis NT and Table Tennis Australia. Thus, an individual is bound by the Constitution and relevant by-laws of Table Tennis Australia, Table Tennis NT and the nominated association / club.
- An individual must be registered as a member when he / she has participated in at least 3 recreational matches, 3 pennant competition rounds, 1 open/closed tournament or is nominated as an official.
- Where an individual is eligible for registration under 2 or more levels, the individual must be registered at the higher level – for example, where an individual works as a Committee Secretary and also participates in pennant competition, the individual must register for Pennant – Membership.
- The level Recreational – Membership is available for an individual who does not play in any pennant competition match or any type of tournament within NT.
- The level Officials – Membership is available for an individual who does not play table tennis in any form but is directly connected to the sport – this includes referees, umpires, coaches, committee members of associations / clubs, etc.
- The level Pennant – Membership is available for an individual who plays in any pennant competition match conducted in any affiliated association / club in NT.
- The Junior level of membership is available only to those players under the age of 18 years as at 1 January of the membership year.
- An individual may seek registration for only half the year ie 1 January to 30 June or 1 July to 31 December.
- Membership (Recreational, Officials, Pennant and Tournament) entitles an individual to coverage under the Insurance Scheme administered by Table Tennis Australia Ltd. However, an individual should note any limitations of such insurance coverage prior to any engagement in table tennis activities.
- Upon registration, a member agrees to report any injury, damage or loss suffered during any table tennis activity as soon as practicable to his or her nominated association /club.
- Upon registration, a member provides consent to medical treatment (if deemed necessary) where a member is suffering injury or illness as a consequence of participating in any table tennis activity.
- Upon registration, a member agrees not to consume alcohol or illicit drugs during the holding of any table tennis activity.
- The personal information contained in this Membership Application Form is collected, stored and used in accordance with Table Tennis NT – Privacy Policy (available online).
Darwin Table Tennis Association
GRADE COMPETITION NIGHTS AND OTHER CLUB COMPETITIONS AND OFFICIAL PRACTICE AND COACHING SESSIONS (hereafter referred to as “EVENT(S)”)
I acknowledge and agree as a condition of participating in the events that the association/coach, participants, DTTA Inc and its affiliated bodies or any subdivision thereof, officials volunteers, medical personnel, any associated persons, promoters, sponsors, advertisers, owners, and lessees of the premises used to conduct the EVENT(S), shall NOT be under any liability for my death or any physical injury, loss or damage which may be sustained or incurred by myself, as a result of participation in/or being present at the EVENT(S), except with regard to any rights I may have arising under the Trades Practices Act 1974 (Cth) or similar State/Territory legislation. I acknowledge that Table Tennis activities are not dangerous but accidents causing death, physical injury, disability and property damage can, and do happen.
