DRAGONS TRAINING SCHEDULE (Gungahlin Leisure Centre)

YOUTH: Monday and Wednesday nights

  • Beginners, 12&U (Born 2012 and later) - 6.15pm to 7.00pm

  • 14&U (Born 2010 and later) - 6.15pm to 7.45pm

  • 16&U (Born 2008 and later) - 6.30pm to 7.45pm [Monday only]

* Swimset available through GLC on both Monday and Wednesday from 5.30pm to 6.30pm for athletes signed up to SwimFit program. Speak to GLC Reception to ensure you have the correct membership!

SENIORS: Monday nights [ALL] and Tuesday morning [PLM]

  • Monday night training is open to all men, women, 18&U and any junior playing up in seniors
    • Men - 7:30pm to 9:00pm
    • Women including 18&U and any junior females playing up:
      • U16 players will remain with their group and move across to the senior squad, at 7:45pm.
      • Those seniors that cannot make a 7:00pm start can complete the laps after 8:30pm (You will need to be warmed up and ready to start ball work at 7:45pm)
        • 7:00pm - Swimming and water polo swim drills in the lap pool
        • 7:45pm - Ball work, skill development, tactics and game play
  • Premier League Men (previously A Grade) - Tuesday 5.30am to 7.00am

All sessions will include swimming, skill development and game strategy.
