Membership Information

• Parents / Guardians are to register themselves first before they register their child.
• All athletes who are 17 years or younger, a Parent / Guardian must register as a parent / guardian member first to ensure insurance coverage.

After registering as a Parent / Guardian, an email will be sent with a link to register all athletes. Please ensure you check your spam folder for this email.

Returning Parent/Guardians: If you are already registered, you can log in to register your child.
New Parent/Guardians: You must register yourself as a new member before registering your child.

Membership benefits

All membership includes the following:

• All memberships include personal insurance
• Free access to Club days and Club coaching
• Registration to Athletics North Queensland, Queensland Athletics, Queensland Masters Athletics and Athletics Australia
• Access to participate at ANQ sauntioned carnivals and Championships during 2026 (excludes Carnival & Championship nomination costs)
• Eligible to participate at State & National Championships until 31 March 2026 (Qualifying standards must be met in order to nominate)

Membership fees for 2026 season are:

Parent / Guardian membership - FREE

• Athletes 5 - 9 year olds - $255.00
• Athletes 10 years to Masters - $255.00

All parent / guardian volunteers are required to register free of charge with ANQ so that you are covered by insurance.

Registration process

1. Open registration link below – Douglas Athletics - revolutioniseSPORT
2. Scroll to New Member or existing member - PARENTS, select your name as the PARENT GUARDIAN 

• If you have not registered yourself as a PARENT GUARDIAN before, you will be a new member.

3. Complete the form - choose Parent/Guardian (unless registering as an 18 years to Masters athlete). 
4. After completing the Parent/Guardian registration, you will receive an email with a link to register your child. Scroll to select the appropriate age group:

• • 4–6 Years

  • 7–9 Years

  • 10–17 Years

  • 18–29 Years

  • 30+ Years

Uniforms

It would be fantastic to have all our members participating in club days in a uniform, however this is NOT compulsory.

We will have crop top, singlets and polos of our new uniform available at the Come and Try days, parents will be able to purchase uniforms (if we have size to suit) otherwise an order will be placed immediately following the 2 x Come and Try days.

Uniforms are compulsory for all Interclub and ANQ saunctioned competitions.

Play On! Sport Vouchers

Douglas Athletics accepts Play On Sport vouchers for the 2026 season. To use this voucher for membership, please follow the below instructions:

Registration of individual athletes -  Please follow the steps below:

1. Do not register your athlete/s at the moment
2. Email your club voucher to douglasathletics4873@gmail.com
3. Tracy will email you back a discount code to use 
4. Complete the registration process, entering the discount code at the appropriate place and complete registration

Trial Days

Douglas Athletics will be offering 2 (two) free Come and Try days on Monday 20th April and Monday 27th April 2026. After this date, you must be a registered member to attend coaching or PB Club days.

Athletes can only trial at a club day and must be a fully registered athlete to participate at training sessions. 

Results from the trial days will not be included in the athlete’s performance for the year. Results commence from the date full registration fees are received.
