Athletes aged 13 to 99 have the opportunity to compete in handicapped throws, jumps, sprints or running events to win cash prizes.

Athletes aged 8 to 12 have the opportunity to compete in a Tetrathlon including 100m sprint, Long Jump, Shot Put and 800m run. Points from across the 4 events will be accumulated to determine placings.

Athletes aged 5 to 7 complete a Tetrathlon including 60m sprint, Long Jump, Shot Put and 200m run.
