As mentioned in the invitation, we extended the amount of time for our get together as in the past we have had to wind up conversations that could have gone on longer.  

Please arrive at LivEat Campbell Town ready to start at 11am - we will be in the meeting room which is through the door to your left of the main door of LivEat.

We are not providing Lunch or tea and coffee, our agreement with LivEat is to support them by purchasing lunch and refreshments from them.  (Though I have heard a rumour that Donna is making a cake).  We will have a discussion with LivEat, but we may suggest that you order and pay for your lunch on arrival and we will get them to have it ready for us at lunch time when we will have a break.

I will send further information out closer to the event, which is now only a couple of weeks away.
