The team had a blast over the weekend at Carrum regatta, with windy but sunny and warm conditions for racing.

With great resilience and adaptability to changes, and a spirit of camaraderie, we had two back-to-back 2km, and a 1km pursuit on Saturday. On Sunday, we had two heats of 500m in five different categories, with our She Dragons fighting nose-to-nose for every single cm with the other crews. The seniors paddled strongly and proudly, and the Opens 20s outperforming all Seniors crews by over 9 seconds!!!!

And of course, the "dig in" call applied not only to races but to the delicious shared food that was on offer.
