We are nearly at the end of term 1 and what a fantastic term it has been. Thank you to all of our members and families for their support throughout term 1 and choosing CWG for your child’s gymnastics or ninja journey.

Below is some important term 1 info:

Free members shirts:

Don’t forget to pick up your childs free members shirt from admin. It has been so great seeing all the kids wearing their shirts to class. These shirts are available to all term 1  members whose registration and term fees are up to date.

Term 1 make up classes from closure due to flood damage:

Unfortunately, this term we had to close due to the gym flooding from storms. The gym closed during a Tuesday afternoon and a full day on a Wednesday. All gymnasts in Tuesday afternoon and all Wednesday classes can do a makeup class during the first week of the school holidays at their normal class time. These sessions have been added to your child’s class booking.

Term 2 bookings:

Term 2 bookings will open on Monday the 27th of March.

You can book into the same class for term 2 between the 27th of March and the 2nd of April.

If you would like to book into a different class for term 2 theses booking will open from the 3rd of April.

All available spots for term 2 will then be open to our wait list and new members from Tuesday the 11th of April.

If you need help booking into classes, please see admin or email centralwestgym@hotmail.com when bookings open. You can book into class online via our classes tab. Please note term fees must be made at time of booking to secure your child’s spot in their class. Term 1 overdue fees must be paid before term 2 bookings can be made.

Easter raffle:

What an amazing response we have had to our Easter raffle. There will be lots of prizes up for grabs!! Please take a book of raffle tickets home to sell. All money raised will be going towards updating our equipment.

We are still accepting donations for the raffle up until the 24th of March.

Raffle tickets must be returned by the 24th of March.

Raffle will be drawn on the 29th of March.

April school holidays:

Keep an eye on our events tab as our school holiday programs will be out by the end of the week.

Open ninja Thursday and Saturdays:

Don’t forget our open ninja sessions on Thursdays (5pm and 6pm) and Saturdays (9.30am, 10.30am, and 11.30am). These sessions are open to children 5 years + members and non-members. Bookings are essential via www.revolutionise.com.au/cwgym/events/
