CENTRAL WEST GYMSPORTS - BIRTHDAY PARTY INFORMATION

• Choose from a Ninja Party, Gymnastics party, Ultimate Tag, Nerf or Mixed Party

• Parties are 2 hours duration

• Available times are Saturday 9.30am-11:30am (ninja party only), 12 - 2pm (mixed party or ninja party only), 2.30pm - 4.30pm any style of party.
• Party fee is $400 for up to 20 guests. Additional guests are charged at $15 per child

• A $100 deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining fee and confirmation of numbers is due on the Wednesday prior to the party.

• You can access the party area 15 minutes before and after the party for set up and pack up purposes. No cleaning is required as coaches will complete this for you.

• You must notify us of additional guests when paying the balance to allow for additional coaches at the party.

• Guests must be signed in upon arrival.

• Food is NOT provided by the club. A food break will be left in the middle of the party as well as a short amount of time at the end of the party for cake.

• The gym is for invited party guests only. Any other parents and siblings are welcome to watch in the waiting areas
