Hello CWG community I would like to offer some private sessions during the school holidays Monday to Friday 3-3:45pm.

It is cruel that COVID has resulted in our Gymnasts loosing precious time training & developing further skills. As stands now we will be returning to normal in term 3 & I feel it is important for them to get a little extra help with mobility, strength, and range of motion. Gymnastics Australia has sent out information to all clubs on the Importance of protecting their growing bodies on our return to prevent injuries. Increasing all gymnast’s confidence is so important as we are moving forward in a positive direction.

Each private session will include:

  1. Strength component (weights)
  2. Plyometrics
  3. Flexibility
  4. Isometric exercises
  5. Speed training
