We are offering FREE outdoor boot camp sessions at the gym this Saturday 23rd of May for our term 2 members.

Spots are limited with only 8 per group.

Sessions will run for 45 minutes at 10.30am, 11.30am and 12.30pm.

Please be mindful that we are restricted to only 10 people in one area and parents are welcome to watch the session from their car.

Please wear suitable clothing including sneakers and bring a water bottle.
