FreeG is our exciting gymsport that brings creativity and skill together onto the gym floor.
Bringing creativity through movement, tricks and dance is a fun way to enhance their experinace and who better to bring the Wow factor to CWG then Emman from Doves and Dimes.
Our FreeG were lucky enough to spend time with him in 2019 but this year we thought everyone should have the opportunity to have some fun, learn some cool moves and see what break dance and hip hop can bring to their lives inside and outside of the gym.
Tickets are limited to ensure the kids get the best out of these workshops.
