Hit 2020 with a bang with these school holiday activities.

Due to popular demand we have some exciting new workshops.

Tickets for all workshops are required to be purchased before the day due to numbers are limited.

Please bring a water bottle and socks to all workshops. If they are booked into one of our longer workshops please bring along snacks and lunch. 

Make me a Ninja Warrior 

This is going to be the best day full of Ninja Fit training. Our team leader Terri taking the kids through obstacles, speed runs, agility and strength training. A great introduction into our NinjaFit program the kids will be pumped to learn new skills, make new friends and have the confidence to attempt new movements they may have never tried before.

This workshop is suitable for school aged kids 5 + No experience required for boys and girls.

Sports Acrobatics and Beginner Tumbling

Are you interested in Sports Acrobatics and Tumbling then this one is for you. Brooke our team leader for Sports Acro will be leading the troops through gymnastics training for Sports Acrobatics and Beginner Tumbling. Sports Acro combines partner and trio balances and throws into  routines with dance and tumbling fundamentals. 

This workshop is for 8 + years boys and girls. No experience required. 

Friday 10th January 9am - 12pm $30 - Please bring water, snacks and socks

 

Cool to be Kind

This is a perfect way to spend a day at the gym. This workshop will make it hard to leave after spending time with our beautiful instructors from areas of yoga, dance and gymnastics. Participants will be split ionto age groups and have 45 - 60 minutes session on the following. Barre, a program that uses basic ballet, body weight training and pilates. Some group time workshopping growth mindset and mindfulness strategies and an introduction to yoga, basic meditation and relaxation.

“Wow Can Mums Book too ? “ Sorry No this is just for the kids. Workshops based on age appropriate content.

Wednesday 8th January

FreeG Tricking and Parkour Workshops.

Have you heard about FreeG yet ? It’s our exciting program that fuses traditional gymnastics, parkour and acrobatics. This is a great way to introduce your kids into our world of parkour. The crew will work with our team leader Reynee to drill the skills that we teach in the program working towards parkour vaults, basic tumbling drills for freestyle tricking, speed run training to make us move quickly and effectively through obstacle runs. This day is packed full of fun 

Our FreeG program is suitable for school aged kids 5+ boys and girls. No experiance required.

Wednesday 15th January 9am - 3pm $50 - Please bring water, food and socks

Just Jump

This Hour is very popular with kids who just want to jump, the workshop includes time on all things bouncy in the gym.

Our big trampolines, single and double mini trampolines and air floors. We will be doing drilling from our trampoline programs to enhance the kids confidence and skills when on a trampoline.

Suitable for school age 5 + boys and girls. No experinace needed. Socks must be worn in this session.

NinjaFit Power Hour

Fast And Fun we spend an hour running obstacles from our NinjaFit program. This is our most popular school hour activity and usually sells out before the day.

We have a couple of full day options but if you are wanting a way to entertain the kids for an hour then this one is for you.

Suitable for school age kids 5+ years boys and girls. No experience needed.

All things Gymnastics.

Our Recreational activity this program gives your child a taste of all things Gymnastics. We play games, spend time on all apparatus including beams and bars. We introduce basic gymnastics floor work and trampoline time.

The kids enjoy this session due to the freedom and flow of the day and it's just for fun.

Suitable for school age 5 + Boys and Girls No experinace needed.

Kinder Play Open Gym 

We are opening the gym for our littlest gymnasts to come and play in the gym.

This is for 1 - 5 years parent assisted play. We will have our gym set up with loads of cool circuits and games.

Our Kinder gym coaches will be on hand to supervise and join in the fun. The gym will be Open from 10am - 12pm.

Bookings must be made and if older siblings wish to assist in the play they are to have a ticket also.
