Central West Gymnastics is offering a trampoline workshop to our levels trampoline gymnasts and gymnasts from other clubs on the 9th of March.

Shane Roberts will be conducting the workshops. 

Shane is an International Trampoline coach and judge having coached gymnasts to both State and National level as well as Pacific Games. 

Timetable

Level 1 - 2 11am - 12.30pm (basic trampoline skills, jumps, seat drops, front and back drops)

Level 3 - 4 Trampoline and DMT 1.00pm - 2.30pm (skills covered sommersaults, twisting)

Level 5 - 6 Trampoline and DMT 2.30pm - 4.00pm (skills covered twisting and doubles)

Cost per session is $25 per child.

Gymnasts must be regitered with Gym NSW for 2019. 

Beginner judges are welcome to attend all sesions and there will be a judges workshop from 4 - 5pm. This will cover how to prepare for the intermediate judges course.
