Open to our WAG competitive gymnasts from our 2025 squads (Future Intermediate, Future Advanced, Gold, Silver and Bronze squad).
Open to gymnasts selected in our 2026 squads (League 4, League 5, League 6, league 7 - 10)
Tuesday 20th, Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd of January 1 - 4pm.
During these sessions gymnasts will work on team bonding, goal setting, flexibility, strength and specific gymsport skills.
Registration closes 19th of January at 5pm.
Program:
Tuesday 20th 1 - 4pm (session at the gym)
Wednesday 21st 1 - 4pm (session at the gym)
Thursday 22nd 1 - 2.30pm (session at the gym), 2.30pm - 3pm walk to the pool. 3 – 5pm session at the pool. All families welcome at the pool 3 – 5pm for a sausage sizzle.
On our last day gymnasts will walk to the pool from the gym at 2.30pm (please pack swimmers and a towel) Any gymnast under the age of 12 must have a caregiver present for the pool session. Please also bring money for pool entry. Sausage sizzle provided by CWG.
Cost - $50 per session or $120 for 3 sessions.
