We will be running an end of year strength session for all our squad gymnasts who attend Monday strength sessions with Renee.
This includes Acro level 4+
Tramp Purple squad and gymnast in Blue squad who come on Mondays.
WAG Gold, Silver and Bronze Squad.
The session will run on Thursday the 18th of December at Fitness perfection from 4pm - 4.45pm. We will then be walking to the Ophir for a team dinner from 5.30pm - 7pm. Gymnast need to be dropped to Fitness perfection at 3.50pm and then picked up from the Ophir at 7pm.
Cost is $5 which must be paid at time of booking. Gymnast will need to also bring money to pay for their dinner.
Gymnasts must book in for the event by Monday the 15th of December.
