We are looking for gymnasts for our 2026 Acro competitive squad. There will be a trial day held in term 4 week 1 on Thursday from 4 - 6pm.
Acro combines dance, gymnastics and partner/ trio balances as well as dynamic throws in routines at a competitive level. Gymnasts are paired together in pairs or trios and perform 2 routines at competitions.
Gymnasts attend competitions throughout the year at both a local and State level.
Current 2025 Acro gymnasts must also register and attend this session if wishing to be in the 2026 Acro squad.
Some gymnastics/ dance experience is preferred for non CWG members who are trialling.
Gymnasts who are selected in the squad will receive an email with further information the Monday after the trial. Gymnasts selected in levels 3 and above must be able to train Mondays 3.45pm – 5.45pm and Thursdays 4pm – 7pm in term 4 2025 and terms 1,2 and 3 in 2026.
