Gym Fun is designed for children (boys and girls) aged 5–8 years and focuses on building strong gymnastics foundations in a fun, active and supportive environment.
As the name suggests, Gym Fun is all about having FUN! We want children to enjoy being active, learning new skills and building confidence while developing safe technique and body control.
Gymnasts will work on fundamental movement patterns that provide the foundation for progressing into more advanced gymnastics skills.
Our Gym Fun program introduces children to the four Women’s Artistic Gymnastics apparatus:
Gymnasts will also learn skills on the trampolines and be introduced to basic partner balances.
What to Wear
A CWG uniform is optional for this class. Children should wear comfortable clothing that allows them to move freely. For safety, please ensure clothing has no zippers or hoods.
