Beginner Tumbling – Open to Boys & Girls 5yrs+

Our Beginner Tumbling class is open to all gymnasts aged 5 years and over and is a great introduction to the foundation skills used in tumbling.

Gymnasts will work on developing:

• Strong handstand technique

• Cartwheels

• Forward and backward rolls

• Strength, coordination and body control

This class can be taken on its own or as an additional class alongside any of our GFA programs or Level 1–2 competitive classes across all gymsports.

Additional Class Discount:
Gymnasts attending Beginner Tumbling as an additional optional class are eligible for a 15% discount.
