Our adults class has a mixture of flexibility and strength exercises as well as the fun stuff learning handstands, cartwheels and flips.

This class caters fot the beginner through to the experienced ex gymnast. We also have adults Ninja Fit classes on a Friday night were you can have fun on our ninja warrior obstacle course.
