RED SQUAD 2026
By red squad gymnasts have refined the fundamental skills and shapes required for trampolining and will focus more on developing their skill to assist them in continually moving through the levels. Gymnast will use the trampolines, Double mini trampoline, air floor and rod floor to learn skills and routines. Routines are set by Gymnastics NSW, these are based off the Gymnastics Australia’s, Australian Levels Program. Gymnasts will have the opportunity to attend a wide range of competition including club carnivals, inter-club competitions and state level events. This class is by selection only.
