What is Rhythmic Gymnastics (R.G) -

Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport that combines gymnastics and dance with the artistic and skilful use of hand-held apparatuses. Gymnasts use ball, rope, hoop, clubs and ribbon as their handheld apparatus.
