Cambridge Squash Club has been around since the late 1960s, making it one of the oldest remaining clubs in Western Australia.  The Squash Club plays out of Squashworld Cambridge, located at 292 Cambridge Street in Wembley.

Currently, the club's main activity is teams competing in the Squash WA Pennant competition on Tuesday nights and running the Junior program on Friday afternoons.  A large number of members also participate in the various social squash activities run by the centre, including the Thursday Night Inhouse league, Saturday Morning Social and Wednesday Night Social.
