A highlight of theSheSailscalendar, the annual conferencein itssixthyearcelebrates the women making a difference across our sport,providingan opportunity to learn, connect and hear from those helping shape the future of sailing.
This year's theme,Beyond Boundaries, celebrates the women redefining what participation in sailing can look like. From grassrootsto leadership, officiating and high-performance competition, the conference will shine a spotlight on women breaking barriers, challengingperceptionsand creating opportunities for others.
Aligned withWorld Sailing's 2026 Steering the Coursetheme,Give to Gain, the conference will also celebrate those who are giving back to the sport through mentoring, volunteering, coaching, officiating and leadership, helping more women and girls discover, enjoy and thrive in sailing.
Returning as MC is Nic Douglass frpm SailorGirlHQ, who willguide attendees through an evening of inspiring conversations and valuable insights from some of sailing's most respected and influential voices.
