Each Team Member must complete a separate Entry Form

The Team Organiser must complete the Team Entry Form

The games will either be Round Robin or Knockout depending on the numbers of teams

Each team must supply their own umpire and scorer (Sport Levy applies to players only)

All team entries must be posted in one batch

**Games will be played on hard wickets**

All players must register at the Masters Games Office before commencement of the first game.
