Commercials Hockey Club is pleased to welcome everyone to the 2026 hockey season.
This year there will be a presason for all grades starting from the 6th March, to help us get organised we need all players to register with Hockey Queensland (Part 2) before you can take the field.

2026 Training Commencement
All training begins Thursday, 19 February 2026 at Townsville Hockey, Murray.
- U10 Training: Thursday, 19 February
- All Other Junior Training: Thursday, 19 February
- Senior Training:
- Ladies: 6:30pm – 7:30pm
- Men: 7:30pm – 8:30pm
Please note: U10 training will be held on Tuesdays at Roo Park (Joe Kirwan Park, Charles Street) once the wet season has passed. Until then, training will continue on the turf at Townsville Hockey.
Registration Information
All players are required to complete two registrations:
- Townsville Hockey & Commercials Hockey Club
- Hockey Queensland & Commercials Hockey Club
Registrations are available via the Townsville Hockey Association website:

Please ensure Commercials Hockey Club is selected during both registration processes. Separate fees apply for each registration.
Uniform Information

Junior Players:
Playing shirts are supplied by the club and returned after matches.
Shorts and skirts are to be purchased from Struddy’s, 249 Dalrymple Road (📞 4779 0550).

Senior Players:
Shirts are purchased through the club’s online shop or via Commercials HC.
Socks are available from Commercials HC – contact Kylie at
