To complete your application for membership please ensure that you read, understand, acknowledge and accept the Standardised Terms and Conditions of your membership.
If the applicant is under 18 years of age this section, and the Standardised Terms and Conditions must be read, understand, acknowledge and accepted by the applicant's parent or legal guardian.

Membership Declaration
I wish to join/renew my membership with CLBC / Champion Lakes Rowing. I understand all fees must be paid before commencing/continuing to row. I agree to abide by the Club's constitution and rules as amended from time to time. I agree to obtain and familiarise myself with the member's handbook available at www.championlakesrowing.org.au and abide by its guidelines and policies. I acknowledge that I undertake all activities in connection with the club at my own risk. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Club, its Officers and members in the case of accident, illness or injury being suffered by me whilst engaging in Club activities.
Champion Lakes Boating Club Inc Code of Conduct
Whilst performing their duties as members, CLBC members will, as well as adhere to the Constitution of CLBC, do the following
1. Respect the rights, dignity and worth of all participants and officials regardless of their ability, gender or cultural background. Abusive or violent conduct of any nature towards any CLBC members, officials, volunteers, participants and spectators will not be tolerated.
2. Be aware of, and abide by, CLBC Constitution, rules, regulations and policies.
3. Operate within the rules of the sports including National and International guidelines which govern State Sporting Associations.
4. Will not use your own involvement with CLBC, a member association or affiliated club, to promote your own beliefs or practices where they are inconsistent with those of CLBC
5. Will not make statements individually in public or the media regarding the actions and decisions of CLBC
