Registration

Step 1/7: Let's get started
Step 1/7: Let's get started

The registration process is a two-step process: (1) registration with Rowing WA and payment of the capitation fee, which covers insurance; and (2) payment of a membership fee / learn to row fee and any boat storage fee direct to Champion Lakes Rowing. Champion Lakes Rowing will receive notification of when you have registered with Rowing WA and we will then send you an invoice for the membership, learn to row and/or boat storage fee.

Some notes on memberships are below.

Family concession: A family concession is available where one adult and the first child are full paying members.  The membership fee for the second child and any subsequent children will be reduced to $150 each.  No concession is available on RWA or seat fees as these are external costs.

Payment schedule:  Payment of Base Membership and Boat Storage Fees are due 1st October each year.  It may be possible to arrange an installment plan of up to 4 monthly payments to cover the full amount due. If an instalment plan is approved, the monthly payment schedule must be followed without fail and full payment must have been received by 31 January the following year.

Competition: Champion Lakes Rowing is primarily a social rowing club. We do not prioritise competition. If members wish to enter regattas, please speak to a member of the committee for further details.
