- Word of mouth entries from Parents, Athletes, Coaches etc will not be accepted.

- Athletes must be a minimum of 12 years old ie born 2014 or older to compete in this event

- This online form confirms that the athlete is available to compete at the 2026 NSW Senior State Relays from the 13th to 15th November at Sydney Olympic Athletics Centre

- Please check your availability before submission.

- All nominating athletes must submit individual online responses, if you wish to compete together in an event with other specific athletes please include this in the 'Other' comment box where necessary.

- Please note that some junior athletes may be invited to compete up an age group, masters athletes may be invited to compete down an age group and some female athletes may be invited to compete in male events.

- Athletes are encouraged to discuss their selection with their coaches.
