- Word of mouth entries from Parents, Athletes, Coaches etc will not be accepted.

- Athletes must be a minimum of 9 years old ie born 2016 or older to compete in this event

- This online form confirms that the athlete is available to compete at the 2025 NSW XC Relays on Saturday 31 May at The Armory, Sydney Olympic Park 

- Please check your availability before submission.

- All nominating athletes must submit individual online responses, if you wish to compete together in an event with other specific athletes please include this in the 'Other' comment box where necessary.

- Please note that some junior athletes may be invited to compete up an age group (if eligible), masters athletes may be invited to compete down an age group and some female athletes may be invited to compete in male events.

- Athletes are encouraged to discuss their selection with their coaches.
