- Athletes must be in the 8-12s age group (born 2013-2017)

- This online form confirms that the athlete is available to compete at the 2024 NSW Junior State Relays on 10th November at Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre

- Please check your availability before submission.

- All nominating athletes must submit individual online responses

- track events are are teams of 4, field events are teams of 3. Only males to compete in the male teams and females in the female teams 

- Athletes can only compete in track events OR field events, not both so please only nominate for what they are willing to compete in
