Registration

Registrations are open for the 2023/24 season. 

All members past and new are to register via the "Returning Member" or "New Member" buttons below.

• If you have not registered for softball before, please click "New Member" below and complete the online form
• If you are a returning member, you will require your Softball ID number which was sent to you via email the first time you registered via this system. If you don't know your Softball ID number, please contact your club administrator. If you register without it, you may create a duplicate record and you might pay more for registration than you need to

Cheetahs are a registered Active Kids Voucher Program Provider (Provider no: 2996574) .  To find out your eligibility please go to: KIDs voucher program | Get Active Victoria. Eligible children may receive up to $200 to cover the costs for membership and registration fees.  Please contact the club to discuss the best way of redeeming the voucher. 

Your age for junior age group purposes is as at 31 December in the year the season commences.  Junior players who are new to the sport are generally welcome to start in the U12 team even if they are older.

Do you want a clearance or permit?

• If you are registering for a club other than your "home club", you will be prompted to "Request a clearance"
• If you wish to change your home club permanently, please complete the clearance, which will change the club that is noted as your home club within the system. You can do so by clicking on "Returning member" below and following the instructions
• If you don't want to change your home club, but instead wish to play for a different club in addition to your home club, you will need a permit, not a clearance. To get a permit, you must be registered for your home club first, then come back to register with your permit club as a returning member
