6 session course teaching you to:
Sessions every Saturday at 10am unless adviced otherwise
First session is indoor session + safety introduction etc.
For other sessions you will need:
Bring: Hat, sunscreen, water bottle, shoes + socks, towel & change of clothes (for capsize drill).
