Sorry we are so late in announcing this but here we go:

 

End-of-year grading

 

Date:  Saturday, 14 December 2024

Grading start time: 10.00am

 

Dojang will be open from 9am. Graders must arrive by 9.30am, to allow time for sign in and warm up.

 

If you/your child are thinking of/wish to grade you must discuss this with Ron prior to 14 December. You/your child must have Ron’s permission to grade.

 

Grading fees are as follows:

Grading for:

White Belt - Yellow Belt                                 $50

Green Tip - Blue Tip                                       $60

Blue Belt - Red Belt                                        $70

Black Tip                                                       $100

 

As the grading fees are split between Ron and the AHA, it is requested that all grading fees be paid in cash on the day. Grading fees may be paid in advance if you wish.

 

The Annual Hapkido End-of-Year Function & Awards Presentation

 

Date:  Saturday, 14 December 2023

 

Location:  Wyong Hapkido dojang

11 Ace Crescent, Tuggerah

 

Start time: immediately following the grading - approx. 1.00pm

 

Style:  BBQ with salads

 

We supply:  all the food, cutlery, plates, bowls

 

You supply:   your own drinks (and cups if wanted)

- picnic chairs (if you have them and want them)

 

If anyone can supply a pop-up gazebo, that would also be greatly appreciated (we own one 3mx3m gazebo, so 3 more would be ideal).

 

Cost: $12.00 per adult (i.e. 13 years and older)

$6.00 per child under 13 years

Children 4 years & under are free

 

Please advise (using the registration facility herein) Melissa or Ron whether you are going to attend OR NOT by Wednesday, 11 December 2024 (if attending please include numbers of adults and children in your group [as provided for in the registration facility]. Payment in advance, either via the registration facility or cash at the dojang, would be greatly appreciated).

 

Please also advise of any special dietary requirements e.g. coeliac, vegetarian, no dairy
