NOVELTY SATURDAY - 21 February : 11am – 1pm  Not a race!

Ø    Scenic tour of Museum Bay or to the Captain Cook jet if you fit under the bridge.

BYO boat (a limited number of hobie waves or RS Quests may be available).

Light N-NNW wind is ‘forecast’ as at today, so bring your paddles. There will be one power boat dedicated to this activity, so aiming to keep everyone in the sameish part of the lake. Sailschool will be out and about on the lake too.  ‘Course’ will be relocated if the wind changes.

Ø  Do it at your own pace, choose your own route, experiment with the angles.  For an extra challenge, how many laps can you do?

Ø  Optional extra – if boat owners are willing >  SWAP A BOAT. Try a new thing!
Please let us know by email by midday Friday if you would be willing to lend your boat to someone else for a lap, or what you might like to try and we will do our best to arrange match ups.

Aim to be rigged and ready by 11am to get the most out of the time on the water.
Feel free to sail on afterwards 😊.

Teams racing at the YMCA all day, so best to avoid that area.
