All performers (registered within the last five years) who have transferred to your club in 2024 must be listed on the club transfer form.

Any transferring performer not on this form, will not be registered with Cali Vic. If they are deemed to be in debt by more than $50.00 to their previous club, they cannot be registered with CaliVic until that debt is cleared. Please note that performers are free to participate with their ‘new’ club whilst the transfer is submitted to the ‘old’ club for approval. For any outstanding monies to be followed up, clubs must have provided an invoice to members. Calisthenics Victoria cannot follow up outstanding monies owed that are not invoiced. 

Only once a club has notified CaliVic about a debt owing will the performer be suspended from performing until payment is settled.
