The workshop will begin at Hot Yoga in Woy Woy in the pavilion. It is in the building opposite Kmart and is upstairs.
You will need to arrive at 9am sharp for a 9:15 start. Lee-anne will be there to meet you. The hot yoga fee is included in your workshop fee of $30. This must be paid prior to attending the workshop.
You will be required to bring with you:
A yoga Matt
A Towel
Grip Socks
Water Bottle
You will have these items as they have been issued at a previous workshop.
You also must wear your black BWU Camp shirt to hot yoga. If you do not have one please reach out to lee-anne for one.
After Hot Yoga you will come to Ettalong PS hall to continue the workshop. Please note: It is the parents responsibility to arrange transport to and from Hot Yoga.
No parent helpers are required on the day. When you drop your daughter at our hall after hot yoga she can than be collected at 3:30pm.
The cost of this workshop is $30 and includes Hot Yoga, Morning Tea, Lunch and afternoon Tea. There will also be a makeup workshop.
