1. Club Policies and Registration

• Code of Conduct: All members must read and comply with the BUFC Code of Conduct.

• Privacy Policy: Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how your personal information is collected, used and handled.

• Registration Approval: Barossa United Football Club reserves the right to refuse a player registration application at its discretion.

2. Registration Acknowledgements and Consent

By completing this registration, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to the following:

• Volunteer Duties: I acknowledge that members may be required to assist with club volunteer duties throughout the season, including canteen duty, running lines and ground marshalling.

• Club Communications: I consent to receiving marketing and promotional emails from BUFC. I understand that I can unsubscribe from these communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in club emails.

• Permission to Play and Assumption of Risk: I confirm that the named participant has the necessary permission to participate in football activities. I acknowledge that football involves a risk of injury and that associated medical and other costs may arise.

• Sharing Contact Details: I consent to my contact details being provided to relevant team officials for legitimate club and team administration purposes.

• Use of Data: I consent to relevant registration information, including the participant's name and other appropriate details, being used on club websites, apps and other club communication platforms for club-related purposes, where applicable.
