Facility Hire Booking - Downey Park / Preston Road

To create hire booking
1. select venue, date, times (options include one-off or recurring) - Select Save button
2. each venue item will be created as a separate booking
Acknowledgement email sent to hirer at email address provided in booking
All booking requests require BSA approval prior to hire approval confirmation notification
Hire approval confirmation notification includes Hire Invoice
1. One-off hire - payment required prior to hire usage
2. Recurring hire - payment terms negotiated on application - minimum monthly payment for long term hire bookings

Facility Hire Invoice Payment

Payment options provided with the invoice. Note following regarding payment of Hire Invoices:

BSA Preferred Payment method via EFT/Bank Deposit - BSA bank account details provided on invoice
- NO transaction fees apply with EFT/bank deposit payment
- Include name and invoice number in payment reference for EFT/bank deposit
Payment via Debit/Credit Card online - Click the 'Pay Now' button under the How to Pay - Debit/Credit Card option provided with invoice
- Transaction fees apply with online debit/credit card payment
