Boort Croquet Club

When

Play times are usually Wednesday and Saturday at 1pm and during Mid Summer - Wed and Sat at 9am (not at 1pm)

Night play is usually on Fri at 7pm throughout the warmer months. Lights cover our 3 "A" size lawns.

Visitors and those interested in learning are very welcome, with times able to be arranged to suit.

Where

Turn off main road in Boort (Godfrey St) at the Bowling Club and head south for 150 metres. Courts are on left of road beside the beautiful Boort Lake.

About us

Location:

Boort is a small town 100kms NW of Bendigo, set in a farming area. The district is a diversity of farming types and also offers a vast range of attractions for visitors to explore. Our croquet club is located on the shores of picturesque' Little Lake Boort, and offers 3 "A" size, well maintained Sth African couch lawns with lighting to accommodate night play as an extra to our regular day time play. Most forms of croquet are played at various times with coaching available to those who are interested.

The owners are Tim and Wendy James. Banyanda Retreat - 2 Units in Lakeview St, also owned by the Holiday Park. The Boort Showgrounds are also available for Motor Home and caravan use.
