REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Registrations for the 2026/7 season are now open, teams will fill fast so please register as soon as possible. 

Some important things to note:

Bar In team training is held out of Mayfield Pool, commencing 28 September.

Games are  held at various pools in Newcastle on Saturdays. (Lambton, Charlestown, Raymond Terrace and Mayfield)

Flippaball is for kids aged 5 or older, is held at Mayfield Pool

This is ideal for kids aged 5-9 years old, as 10 year olds are generally old enough to play regular u12s water polo (in a mixed team).

Flippaballers recieve a club T-shirt, and a new Waterpolo ball to welcome them to the sport.

Junior teams are split into under 12 (mixed), under 14 (boys/girls) under 17 (boys/girls)

Senior teams are graded A, B and C (social) - we have mens and womens teams at each. New members not sure of their grade will be graded in training ahead of the competition.

Parents can register for free as supporters, and receive a club T-shirt. We also have several volunteer roles available at the club.

A working with children check (WWCC) is necessary for any role that interacts with children. (officials, coaches, managers etc)  (Free to apply)

Parents are encouraged to join as supporters so they can access Water Polo Australia's free online training and learn about the sport.

Senior players - please include WWCC number if you are also a coach.

All memberships include a T-shirt so don't forget your T-shirt size when prompted.

Discounts: Please select Junior (second child) if you have more than one child entering a team.

A further discount is enabled if you are registering a 3rd child.
