To complete your application for membership please ensure that you read, understand, acknowledge and accept the Standardised Terms and Conditions of your membership.
If the applicant is under 18 years of age this section, and the Standardised Terms and Conditions must be read, understand, acknowledge and accepted by the applicant's parent or legal guardian.
I agree to abide by the rules, regulations and policies of Rowing Queensland Ltd, Rowing Australia Ltd, and the relevant club, including the Anti-Doping, Member Protection, Anti Match Fixing, and Privacy Policies. (All of the above mentioned regulations, policies and rules are available on or through the Rowing Queensland Website)
I agree to have my name, photograph and results published in official programs, newsletters and websites.
I acknowledge and understand that in submitting this registration form I become liable for the relevant fees and understand these fees are non-refundable.
I have read, understood, acknowledge and agree to the declarations above and the details provided in the application and I personally consent to the declarations above and I warrant that all information provided is true and correct.

DISCLAIMER:
I acknowledge that I have read a copy of the clubs Safety Management Plan and agree to abide by its content and follow any lawful instructions by any club official.
I understand that Brisbane and GPS Rowing Club endeavours to take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of Club members. However, I acknowledge and accept that rowing training and competition are undertaken at my own risk. My signature below is a complete acknowledgement of this condition and the Brisbane and GPS Rowing Club cannot be held liable or responsible in any way for my health and wellbeing.
In the event of the acceptance of my application of membership of Brisbane and GPS Rowing Club and as a member of Rowing Queensland Incorporated, I agree:
• to be bound by the Constitution, Club Rules, Policies and by-laws as published from time to time and that, for the purpose of any notices to be given to me as a member of the Club, where I have provided an email address to the Club, I agree to receive such notices by delivery to that address;
• to abide by the Rules, Policies and By-Laws of Rowing Queensland Inc. (copies available from Rowing Queensland Inc.);
• to abide by directives as determined by the committee and officials of the Club from time to time; and,
• to pay all applicable fees and levies as and when they become due.
I hereby agree to abide by the Club's policies and procedures as published on the club website. I further acknowledge that is my obligation to access and read the policies and procedures.
